Took my truck into service. Was told there would be a diagnostic by mid day, didn’t get a report until end of the end day. I went to pick up the vehicle, there was a noticeable odor upon entry, the seat and mirror on on a recline and 45 miles were put on the vehicle. I called service and was not put through to the service manager and was first told 20 miles is normal for a vehicle test drive then it changed to 50 when I brought up it was 45. Edit: Roel the service manager reached out and was able to provide some explanation, as to the mileage. He stated he would discuss customer satisfaction training to his team (I did not ask for any remediations). I have changed my rating to three stars.
