DECEIVING, MISLEADING & FALSE STATEMENTS We originally were speaking to a Delilah Fuentes on the Internet and after they received my daughters credit application and payoff they told her the Manager said everything looked very good and for her to go over. The advertisement said $0 Down and $1500 on top of KBB value, So we get to the dealership and total chaos, i could not find Delilah and some other sales man talks to us. They never gave us a price, everything was about "where do you want your payment to be". We had a price in mind however where we wanted to be. When the came back with the trade in amount I said No thank you and walked up to leave, but I could not leave because they had our keys at the back. He goes back and returns with another "offer" and said we could do it with a different new vehicle 2020 Trax $15,774 with the rebates and it was at around our price that we had in mind including the trade in with the negative equity. ($22,500) It was around 7:00 pm late and we just wanted it done. We finally go to the finance department and i requested that she have 72 months /100,000 mile extended warranty and they said, don't worry it can be changed to that for the same price. I still had $22,500 in my mind. Anna Garcia continued to print the paperwork and had me change the insurance while she finished. It took me a while to change the insurance with the representative and she quickly told my daughter with a learning disability to sign in the spots she pointed too. She had no clue what she was signing, with her learning disability she has to be explained thoroughly, i was still on the phone with progressive, but Anna never said the total amount, in my head i still had the original agreed price. Anna was doing every so quickly and i was still on the phone when she gave my daughter the envelope. It was almost 8pm when i was finally able to hang up with the insurance and go outside to the car. We go outside and it is not even the car they showed my daughter, its the basic car, then we get in the car with my daughter and see this brand new vehicle with the windshield chipped. How can we take a brand new vehicle with a chipped window? Of course i still had not seen the price, had i known that I would have stormed back inside and taken our old vehicle. It was late we were an hour away from home and we just wanted to leave. So, I told the sales person that i needed it fixed asap, i went inside and told Anna about it and she took a picture of it as well. Next day i realize its not only the windshield, its rust on the inside of the doors, and the quality of the vehicle is not worth the price. And that is when i see the total price and also they added $3000 of warranty on top and $1500 of tire insurance which we never asked for, all of this when they said it was included in the original price. I know they need the sales with COVID but taking advantage of people with disabilities will come back and haunt them. Just wait and see. As of 10/14/2020 I still do not have my NEW Car in my possession, it is still at the Dealers and no one has replied to my email. Maeli G.
Hi there, we regret to hear that you are displeased with your recent experience with us. We do apologize that certain componenets are not covered under warranty, as in this case, the exterior tire trim mud guard. Extended Warranty declined the repair and is noted on the Job Card.
We appreciate you bringing this experience to our attention, and will continue to work toward you, the customer, with the feedback given to make it a more enjoyable visit.
Took vehicle for dead battery and have sensors on tires checked. Said sensors okay. Next day sensor still saying problem, there was a screw in one tire. As for battery, we needed new but we're told we needed a new radio also. When a new battery was install we found the old radio worked fine. To have radio, back up camera, etc. Work. Properly, the battery must be good. Technician and service was poor.
My family and I recently bought a Chevrolet Trax at Bert Ogden in Mission, Texas. There is no doubt that our sales person, Mark, was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and he provided EXCELLENT customer service. In addition, the sales manager, Benito, went out of his way to provide OUSTANDING customer service as well. Finally, Ms .Annais Garcia was friendly and helpful. I applaud the professionalism and friendliness of everyone at Bert Ogden in Mission! Dr. Evert Villarreal
I had a pre-approval and it wasn't used. I told the financial group that i just needed a purchase order and to know how much was going to be issued for the trade in and I was told to do a new application, so my credit my run again. I also told them that I didn't need or want the gap, extended warranty, but i believe it was added as well. Navy Army advised me that the gap was included in the pricing and I advised the finance person and he told me that it wasn't included. I also advised them that I would be taking care of the license plates because I am a disabled veteran I wouldn't need to pay for the transfer of vehicles, but I was charged for that as well. I also was not able to view the purchase order or contract. It was hidden so i couldn't see the numbers. I was also told by a manager that he was taking $10,000 off of the Msrp which was $51,000, but i believe they only gave me $6,000 off. I didn't receive a copy of the purchase order that day either. I sent several emails that Monday and during the week and no response to this day. I do love the new vehicle but I feel like the whole process was wrong. The salesperson was nice but he didn't show me the vehicle that I went to see. I eneded up with one that had some features that I wanted.
