I was impressed by the attention I received while shopping for 2 vehicles recently. Mr. Hector Cano (finance) was extremely accommodating and super nice. I strongly recommend Bert Ogden for my next vehicle purchase.
I had my wife take the 2018 Silverado Pick up for its 1st oil change and tire rotation at the set 1.00PM appointment on Monday 1st of July of 2019. She was never offered the shuttle service that is available there at the dealership. When she finally got the vehicle back she was informed that they did rotate the tires because they could not locate the wheel lock key my wife was never asked where the key was located. She had to wait again for them to tell them where the key was, and rotate the tires. She finally left the dealership at 4.00PM that day they did not give her a hard copy of the receipt of the services that were provided. Yesterday when I was walking to the vehicle the 2 front wheel locks were broken. Why did the technician break them, and then not inform myself, or the Service Manager. I am very disappointed with Bert Ogden Chevrolet in Mission why have they gone down on the excellence they were known to have but is no longer there. The Service Manager Matt is working very hard to get that excellent reputation back but it seems that some of the members of the team are not willing to do that. Matt can restore them back to their glory but the whole team needs to engage the attitude that Matt has. Hope fully this response will assist in this particular incident.
They finally contacted GM after the third attempt at fixing the problem with my blown fuses that should have been done at least the second time bringing it to be fixed. Instead, they use the all to common phrase, “We couldn’t duplicate the problem.” I’ve experienced this too many times. Like I’m imagining the problem. They finally got on it contacting GM and as usual, found the fix through them. Having written this, the mechanics are great and the front desk is always courteous.
