The only issue I have with my experience at your dealership is that it would benefit your customers to have more loaner cars available. I was left without a vehicle for one day. Other than that everything else was excellent. My issue with needing a new mass air flow sensor was taken care of and the car recall as well....

The service representative was very competent in handling my requests, kept me informed, and got mt 2018 Equinox back to me as quickly as possible. The cashier was also friendly, but very professional.
Paid $2425 for my driver door that wasn't out on right The panel wasn't put on right and the inside is torn. I didn't take my car like that. It smelled like painted the whole weekend when I pick up. Unsatisfied

I went in for regular maintenance on my SUV Plus car wash it was taking to long over 4hours ..so the service advisor gave me a rain check to get my car washed at a later date.very courteous and professional.
