It took a month to get the second key for my vehicle. Customer service was extremely poor. Phone calls were not returned as promised. I finally drove the 80 miles back to the dealership to have the second key programed. Also on my sales contract it indicates I purchased an "Extended Service Contract" for an additional $2,000.00 that I did not request nor have I received any information about from the dealership or General Motors.
