I have gone to the dealership to get my 2018 Tahoe fixed twice in one week and about to take it a third time for the same problem that hasn't been fixed. All they could tell me was that in would have to keep bringing the vehicle in to keep getting it fixed.

I hate that in order to get an oil change I need to make an appointment. I get there and the person I was supposed to ask for was out for lunch. Then I am being told that there are other 5 appointments that it should be a 2 hour wait. Which it is ridiculous to make an appointment if there are multiple appointments at the same time. I wait and after 2 hours go check the status of the car and am told that they will go out and check. Which I dont think he did and never came back to tell me the status. I go back after about 30 minutes to ask again and I see my car pulling up. I go to pay, and get my keys. I go to my car and find it ON. The mechanic left it on, not knowing if I was there waiting. I get home check my receipt and find out I was not given the 5% discount from the coupon I gave them. I am very disappointed overall.

I had an appointment for an oil change at 9 am. At 10:30 you hadn’t even started. You finished at 11:30 and made me late for work. If you weren’t going to get to my car until 11 you shouldn’t have set my appointment for 9.
